CTS Provides Program Planning for Your Managed Mobility Strategy
The seeds of a successful deployment are sown long before the product is acquired. CTS can assist in use case development, addressing safety and ergonomic issues, building a test and evaluation plan, and defining the mobility management infrastructure that keeps your business going 24x7x365.
At CTS we know that any successful deployment is more than just passing out the hardware. We approach every engagement from a holistic standpoint so that all requirements are defined and all dependencies are identified. Together we create a detailed project plan that outlines the various project phases and creates Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to streamline project tracking, as well as, facilitating immediate course changes should conditions warrant.
A detailed plan is useless unless you have the time, people, and tools necessary to implement it. As part of our planning process we examine every step of the project and ensure that the resources are identified and available. A complete list of project resources is created along with person responsible and the timetable for acquisition.
Service Level Definition
The successful implementation of any plan is dependent on all participants understanding their role within the project and the level to which they must perform. Clearly defined SLAs remove ambiguity and promote the objective evaluation of performance within the project. SLAs allow non-conformances to be quickly identified and corrective action taken.
Why it's important to strategically plan:
- The average cost overrun of all projects is 27%
- 39% of projects fail due to lack of planning, resources, and activities
- Only 2.5% of companies successfully complete 100% of their projects
- 90% of global senior executives and project management experts say good project management is key to delivering successful results and gaining a competitive edge
